Emily Conley is a 2006 graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, where she received a BBA in Human Resource Management. Over the past 20 years, she has specialized in higher ed services and retail management, serving colleges campuses as Operations Manager, Regional Manager, Leadership Trainer, and Next Generation Leadership Mentor and now holds the position of Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships and Academic Solutions for eCampus.com, a leading course materials solution and collegiate retail company.

Emily is recognized for her affordability initiatives, leadership training facilitations and community volunteer work. She was locally awarded the Young Professionals 40 under 40 impact award in 2021, and nationally awarded a Campus Leadership Award in 2017. She completed the Leader of the Leaders program in 2018 & Bright Leadership Kentucky Leadership Program in 2019 and the Taking Flight EQ Leadership in 2022.

She & her husband Jamie live on their family farm near Conley Bottom Resort, on Lake Cumberland in Monticello Kentucky with their 2 boys Rex & Bryce. The family enjoys farming, UK basketball and March Madness!!
